You will receive 5 exercises every week for 6 weeks to ensure strength and conditioning training becomes an integral part of your training program to support your running and cycling. You can revisit any of the exercises each week to further support this.

There are progressions and regressions for each exercise meaning they can be tailored to various fitness levels. The exercises also detail how they improve your running and cycling ability giving you the knowledge you need to enhance your training.
