Sam, 38, on completing her 1st half marathon and losing 1/2 a stone.

"I'd always wanted to run a half marathon but I was stuck at around 5 miles and I hadn't been able to run much further than this for a year. As a mum of 2 who works full time I didn't really know what I should be doing. Working with Emma made me realize I was doing the wrong kind of training and we started to see results pretty soon.
 
I'm really proud of myself to have ran the half-marathon. Emma also helped with nutrition too, and I've lost half a stone even though I feel like I'm eating more!
