It’s just under 10 weeks until the New year, so there is no better time to start this endurance challenge than now. This time of the year can be really challenging for runners and cyclists, but it is what you do now that will lay the foundation for your 2025.


The challenge is really simple and is designed to help you do what you’re already doing, only better.


You’ll get both 1-1 and group support to keep you motivated and focused during the 10 weeks, with each week having a different focus to help you achieve.
